1.2 How does MealsOnCall work?
MealsOnCall aims to simplify and make more efficient the way doctor’s offices and pharmaceutical representatives arrange meetings to exchange information. Once an office is registered on our site, all meal based interactions with pharmaceutical representatives are arranged online, reducing travel time and freeing up staff time currently used to arrange these meetings.
Pharma reps will want to make an initial visit to a doctor's office to introduce themselves. Afterwards they can sign up for meal based meetings via MealsOnCall without needing to visit the doctor's office if that office is registered with MealsOnCall.

1.4 When can I expect to hear back from customer support if I don't get a hold of them when I call or if I've emailed them?
Our goal is to respond to requests as soon as we can, which is generally within one business day.
1.5 What is the cost?
- There is no cost to use MealsOnCall.
1.6 What do I need to install MealsOnCall on my computer?
MealsOnCall is a cloud based service that is accessible from any computer with internet access. There is nothing to install and you just simply need to register on our website to access information.

1.8 How long does it take to register?
It only takes few minutes to enter your contact information, create a login and password. Doctor’s offices will need to spend a few more minutes setting up their meal preferences.
1.9 What types of appointments can be scheduled via MealsOnCall?
Our service allow pharma reps to arrange meal based meetings with doctor’s offices where the pharma rep brings breakfast, lunch or snacks to the office for the purpose of educating the office and physician on the representatives products.
1.10 Will using MealsOnCall decrease interactions between doctor’s offices and pharma reps?
No. MealsOnCall increases the time pharma reps spend with doctors. Our goal is to decrease the time spent traveling to sign up on a paper calendar, thereby freeing up time to explore more doctor’s offices and meet with more doctors.
2.1 What if the pharma rep is not familiar with MealsOnCall, what should a doctor’s office do?
We encourage doctor’s offices to share MealsOnCall brochure materials with the pharma rep or to ask the pharma rep to simply visit www.mealsoncall.com to learn about the advantages and ease of using MealsOnCall to schedule appointments.
2.2 How do you handle appointments that have already been scheduled for the year without the use of MealsOnCall?
There will be a transition period where the full functionality of the site will not be available. During this period the office will have to use their current method to track meetings for a few months. After three months all new appointments will be through the MealsOnCall system and all functions will be available.
2.3 Why should doctor’s offices register with MealsOnCall?
Doctor’s offices should register with MealsOnCall because it is a valuable time saver, reduces no-shows, and enables the doctor’s office to focus on managing patients.
2.4 Can the doctor’s office control who makes appointments.
A pharmaceutical representative needs to register on our site and request permission to make appointments with the doctor’s offices. If an office does not give permission, or if the office wishes to rescind permission, the pharmaceutical rep will not be able to make any bookings.
3.1 What if the pharma rep does not want to register with MealsOnCall, how can they sign up for appointments?
When a doctor’s office registers with MealsOnCall, all pharmaceutical representatives who wish to make meal based conferences will need to register with MealsOnCall to arrange these meetings. Doing so will make scheduling appointments more efficient for both parties.
3.2 As a pharma rep, how do I schedule appointments?
After you register with MealsOnCall, you can search for the doctor's office, access its calendar and sign up for available meal delivery time slots.
3.3 How do you handle appointments that have already been scheduled for the year without the use of MealsOnCall?
